The steps

  1. Wait until the engine is cold
  2. Open the cap on the expansion tank (or coolant reservoir).
  3. To remove a hose to remove a single rubber hose, it's essential to push the hose all the way in and rotate it on its axis to loosen it, then remove it without damaging it.
  4. Disconnect the lower radiator hose, taking care to place a drain pan underneath to catch the coolant.
  5. Disconnect the upper hose and the return hose.
  6. Remove the triangle that supports the radiator on theAixam with the engine Kubota.
  7. Remove the propeller frame attached to the radiator.
  8. Clear access to radiator if necessary (foam protection, etc.).
  9. Remove radiator.
  10. Empty remaining coolant into drain pan. Handle the radiator with care, as the fins covering it are very thin and fragile, deforming at the slightest pressure. They can also be sharp, so take care not to touch them.
  11. Position and secure the new radiator.
  12. Reconnect all hoses.
  13. Bleed the system: it's very important to remove all air from the system. Don't hesitate to check the water level several times over the following days.
