The suspension of your Voiturette LIGIER consists of the shock absorber/spring pair, where the shock absorber's role is to absorb energy and enable your VSP to quickly regain its equilibrium position on the road. The shock absorber brakes the spring's oscillations and transforms this energy into heat. • abnormal vibration of the steering wheel
• when braking, the car plunges forward a little too much
• on faster tracks, the car is very sensitive to side winds
• cart "chases" from behind or lurches in tight turns
• the cart is more difficult to control in the wet
• wheels tend to "bounce" when going over speed bumps.
• oil oozing from a shock absorber may be a sign of a leak, and the shock absorber may no longer perform its ground-holding function.
