The suspension of your car Ligier consists of the shock absorber/spring pair, where the shock absorber's role is to absorb energy and allow your VSP to quickly return to its balanced position on the road. The shock absorber will slow down the oscillations of the spring and transform this energy into heat. The suspension must maintain the wheels in permanent contact with the ground, in order to improve the road holding, and thus ensure a better braking and a driving comfort.

Here are some signs that may indicate that the shock absorbers need to be changed:

abnormal vibration of the steering wheel
when braking, the car plunges a little too far forward
on faster tracks, the car is very sensitive to side wind
