The fuel level sender (or fuel level sensor) is the electronic and mechanical component installed directly inside the fuel tank. On Casalini M20 and M20 550 models (equipped with Kohler twin-cylinder diesel engines), this part uses a float arm system connected to a variable electrical resistor (potentiometer) to accurately transmit the remaining diesel fuel level directly to the gauge or display on your dashboard.
